Structure
• Designed and manufactured by Zoomlion, made of high-strength structural steel.

Hydraulic and control system
• The hydraulic system on the vehicle adopts a combination of open and closed systems. The main winch and slewing adopt a closed system, the luffing and telescopic mechanism adopt an open system, and the other auxiliary mechanisms adopt a valve control system.
• Equipped with German Linde hydraulic pumps and motors and German Bucher large-flow proportional control valve groups, the control reliability and micro-motion performance are greatly improved.
• The control mode superimposes the closed winch safety control strategy, compound action loading strategy, and main action control smoothness control strategy.

Hoisting mechanism
• High-quality hoisting mechanism integrating reducer, drum, brake and motor, with compact structure.
• Double-fold rope groove drum rope groove ensures the best winding of multi-layer wire rope, avoids rope tangling and prolongs the service life of wire rope.
• High-quality torsion-resistant wire rope is used, the hoisted object does not rotate, the rope does not tangle, the bag-type rope head can be quickly replaced with the maximum magnification.

Control room

• 4.0 series large-space sliding door panoramic control room, outward-pushing glass front window, front footrest, and safety guardrails on the top and sides.
• There is no instrument panel and electrical components in the front of the control room, which makes the space more spacious and comfortable, and provides a better riding experience.
