The XE135GA hydraulic excavator is a state-of-the-art off-road machine developed by Group. Leveraging proprietary matching technology, the XE135GA achieves higher operating efficiency and significantly lower fuel consumption, outperforming both domestic and international models of the same tonnage. The hydraulic system has been further optimized to enhance precision and improve handling, providing better leveling and loading capabilities.
Powered by a robust 89 kW engine with a customized working characteristic curve, the XE135GA operates at low speeds with high torque, delivering optimal performance. The high-pressure common rail injection system utilizes a new control strategy, with the ECM automatically adjusting the injection timing and volume based on load conditions during each operational cycle. This results in stronger power, improved fuel economy, and compliance with the latest off-road National IV emission standards without the need for urea. The 4.5L engine provides increased explosive power and smoother operation, with a 3 kW power boost and a 6% increase in maximum torque compared to the previous National III XE135D model. The regeneration cycle lasts over 100 hours, while the DPF cleaning cycle extends to more than 5,000 hours, reducing maintenance costs.
A new large-displacement, high-efficiency main pump reduces internal leakage, increasing power density and workload capacity. The new-generation main valve reduces pressure loss by eliminating some of the logic valves, resulting in enhanced working performance. The bucket cylinder has been reinforced, increasing digging force by up to 9%, making cutting tasks more powerful and efficient.
The excavator is equipped with a large-size pure parallel aluminum radiator featuring integral brazing technology. It is paired with an oversized positive pressure degassing expansion tank that minimizes cavitation and improves pump longevity. The system is further optimized with a large-diameter fan and a refined wind-field design through finite element simulations, which reduce the heat balance temperature. This configuration ensures reliable operation even in high-temperature environments, withstanding up to 50°C.
