China new 55 ton Hydraulic crawler crane (XGC55)
The first domestic crawler crane to use pilot proportional control technology.
The lifting performance is in the advanced level in same domestic industry.
The patented logic integrated control valve is used to control brake opening and closing, and brake control pressure is from main oil circuit, which make a more safe and reliable work.
The main system uses overall power variable pump control and the main and auxiliary winch can respectively choose double-pump coflow mode to improve working efficiency.
The main crane actions use advanced hydraulic proportional control technology. Operator can control the each mechanism moving direction and speed by operating the hydraulic control handles, with infinitely variable speeds and good fine motions.
The balance valves are the imported products, with stable, safe and reliable work.
The load moment limiter is cooperative developed by Hirschmann and digitally and stop movement toward dangerous direction and give warning. The controller and display communicated with each other through CAN Bus technology, with higher reliability. Combination with traditional electrical system can realize crane automatic control, greatly improved the safety, reliability and efficiency for crane operation.
The display can show working parameters such as engine speed, fuel level, engine oil pressure, engine working hours and so on.
The single-row 4-point contact roller type slewing ring is cooperative developed by Xuzhou, and is custom-made for us with advanced performance and reliable quality.
